Look for an email from [email protected] - your free freezer meal plan is on it's way to the email you provided. 

First, print out your freezer meal plan.
 
Next, get to the grocery store and purchase the ingredients you need. The shopping list is in the freezer meal plan :)

Then, follow the directions and get your freezer meals made and into the freezer. (If you haven't watched our workshop videos, you can see those here.) 

Finally, give yourself a HIGH FIVE...because you are a SMARTER HOME CHEF!
