Cooking Directions for Single Meal

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, chopped basil, chopped dill and a few pinches of salt and pepper. Add the chicken pieces and zucchini slices and toss well. *Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge, tossing every 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill. Add the chicken and zucchini to a grill basket and “saute” together over direct heat on your grill. Toss every few minutes to evenly cook the chicken and zucchini.
  3. Grill for 20 minutes, or until all of the chicken is cooked through and zucchini is softened.
  4. While chicken is grilling, prepare the loaf bread by spreading butter and garlic salt onto the bread. Grill the bread, garlic side down, for 5 minutes over indirect heat.
  5. Serve Grilled Herb Chicken and Zucchini with grilled garlic bread.

Freeze & Thaw Instructions

Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes. Thaw in the fridge completely before grilling.
