Cooking Directions for Single Meal

  1. Cook rice, as directed.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice and garlic.
  4. Cut salmon fillet into 4 pieces. Place in a small baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour the lemon garlic sauce directly over the salmon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon is no longer pink in the middle.
  6. Prepare the salad.
  7. Serve Lemon Garlic Salmon with rice and salad.

Freezeasy Meal Prep Directions

  1. Cut 2 lbs. of salmon fillet into 8 pieces.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together 8 Tbsp melted butter, 8 Tbsp lemon juice and 4 tsp garlic.

To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:

  • 4 salmon pieces
  • Salt and pepper
  • Half of the lemon garlic sauce

Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.

Freeze & Thaw Instructions

Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw completely in the fridge, before transferring the salmon and sauce to the baking dish. Bake at 400 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
