  • 4 - boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 - cup(s) butter
  • 2 - Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 - Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 - Tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 - dinner rolls
  • Side: - veggies**

Cooking Directions for Single Meal

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place the pork chops into the prepared baking dish and season with pinch of salt and pepper..
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and then stir in the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic and dried thyme.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter combo over each pork chop.
  5. Bake in oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through.
  6. Warm the dinner rolls.
  7. Serve Herb Crusted Pork Chops with side of veggies and dinner rolls.

Freezeasy Meal Prep Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, melt 1/2 cup of butter and then stir in the 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, 2 Tbsp minced garlic and 2 Tbsp dried thyme.

To each disposable tray, add the following ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops into each tray
  • Half of the melted butter combo, poured directly onto each pork chop

Cover with foil or lid, add label and freeze.

Freeze & Thaw Instructions

Put tray in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a shallow dish of warm water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the oven and baking as directed.

Dairy-Free Modifications

Use a dairy-free margarine in place of the butter for dairy-free meal.

Gluten-Free Modifications

Recipe is gluten-free when served with gluten-free side like rice or mashed potatoes.
