Cooking Directions for Single Meal

  1. Cook rice, as directed.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  3. Cut salmon fillet into 4 pieces. Place in small baking dish.
  4. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the salmon fillets. Then sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until salmon is no longer pink in the middle.
  6. Prepare veggies.
  7. Serve Lemon Pepper Salmon with side of rice and veggies.

Freezeasy Meal Prep Directions

  1. Cut 2 lbs. of salmon fillet into 8 pieces.
  2. Halve 2 lemons.

To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:

  • 4 salmon pieces
  • Half the juice from the lemons into each bag
  • Lemon pepper seasoning, directly on top of salmon fillets in baggie

Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.

Freeze & Thaw Instructions

Pull out the bag the night before and thaw completely in the fridge. Bake as directed.
