Tacos. We love tacos. The boys devour them. They love the crunchy mess. They love the flavors. They love to see how full they can make them. I love the concept of making tacos in the oven, and melting the cheese over the top of the meat. Then piling on the toppings. Enjoy!

- 1 - packet(s) taco seasoning
- 12 - hard taco shells**
- 1 - cup(s) shredded Mexican blend cheese**
- Garnish: - sour cream**

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the shredded beef with the red salsa taco seasoning and coat it well.
- Place the hard shell tacos into the base of a 7×11 or 9×9-inch baking dish. Add the beef-salsa mixture into each taco shell, and then add a few pinches of shredded cheese onto each taco.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese has melted in the tacos..
- Prepare the fruit.
- Top with dollops of sour cream, guacamole or other favorite taco toppings.

To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked, shredded beef
- 1 cup red salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put tray in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm shallow dish of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the skillet to reheat the beef and salsa combo, then assemble and bake the tacos.
