Shipping & Order Information
Orders for physical products are:
- packed and shipped out by the next business day.
Orders under 16 oz. will be sent USPS First Class mail – 3 to 5 days, depending on delivery zone of order address.
Orders over 16 oz. will be sent USPS Priority Mail – 2 or 3 days, depending on delivery zone of order address.
Orders are shipped from central Texas.
Postage is calculated within the checkout stage, based on delivery zone of order address. Commercial rates of postage are included in the checkout process. Postage ranges from $3 to $10 depending on weight.
International shipping starts at $16 and depends on country of delivery address.
Digital download products are sent via email and have no shipping costs.

RETURNS
The Erin Chase Store accepts returns for any and all products.
A customer can request a postage paid return label by emailing: [email protected]. Customer must be able to print and tape the label onto package to return the product.
Defective products do not need to be returned, but the Erin Chase Store will send a replacement immediately, free of any shipping costs.
