Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, chopped basil, chopped dill and a few pinches of salt and pepper. Add the chicken pieces and zucchini slices and toss well. *Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge, tossing every 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill. Add the chicken and zucchini to a grill basket and “saute” together over direct heat on your grill. Toss every few minutes to evenly cook the chicken and zucchini.
- Grill for 20 minutes, or until all of the chicken is cooked through and zucchini is softened.
- While chicken is grilling, prepare the loaf bread by spreading butter and garlic salt onto the bread. Grill the bread, garlic side down, for 5 minutes over indirect heat.
- Serve Grilled Herb Chicken and Zucchini with grilled garlic bread.

To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- 4- servings - assembly lines - Sliced zucchini, half into each bag
- All - assembly lines - test assembly line
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes. Thaw in the fridge completely before grilling.

**Loaf bread can be purchased at the time you prep the meal and kept in the freezer.
