"What I liked about the "All Chicken Recipes" plan - I thoroughly enjoyed the "mini" plan. It made the weeks worth of meals very doable compared to the once a month cooking. My family and I LOVED the recipes. I used Kirkland frozen chicken breasts from Costco for the chicken. It was the quickest and most cost effective chicken for us. I liked that the meals could be classified as "company" food. Just in case we have unscheduled house guests...this will be as lifesaver to have these meals stashed in the freezer. The Honey Mustard Shredded chicken sandwiches - PERFECT for football game food/or movie night. GO BRONCOS!!! Lightened Up Chicken Parmesan - Served with Martinelli's apple cider for a beverage and a Caesar salad. We ate this for on our "home date" night. Thank you so much for what you do. :)"
