Simple Process – Little Fuss or Mess

"My family has enjoyed the meals and I have appreciated the convenience of preparing meals ahead of time. One of my resolutions this year was to be better prepared with dinner meal planning. Hopefully to make everyday life easier for a family of 6, as well as saving some money on groceries.  In our house we need to have healthier meals ready to prepare instead of eating out or take out alternatives. Preparing the 5 different chicken meals was a simple process. With little fuss or mess. There are many different schedules in our household and having dinner in a crock pot or warming in an oven until individuals are able to eat has been a hit. We are a family of 6 adults, so when making the meals as printed, I have added more chicken to the recipes to accommodate our needs. The recipes have turned out great with these accommodations. To save money, I have used chicken thighs in the Caribbean Chicken, Honey Mustard and Tortilla soup. All have turned out tasty moist and convenient. Thank you!"
