Ready-Made Real Food Meals for Nights With No Time to Cook

"Erin, I loved doing this! I have a big family (10 kids), so I doubled all of the recipes for our family of 12 (sometimes threw in an extra chicken breast or two in addition to doubling, but kept the veggies/sauce doubled) and still made two of each meal. Most of the kids liked all of the dinners- some even had curry for the first time. Overall, it took me about 2 1/2 hours to get all of the meals prepped and frozen, but that is doubling all recipes so it would be like a "regular" person making four of each meal (or 20 total meals). 🙂 I like that I can have ready-made real food vs. take-out pizza for those nights that we have baseball, Bible study, etc. and no time to cook. :)"
