- 1 - Tbsp minced onion
- 1 - tsp garlic powder
- 2 - cup(s) beef broth
- 1 - cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese**
- 2 - cup(s) heavy cream**
- - Salt and pepper
- Garnish: - crumbled strips bacon**
- Side: - veggies**

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- In a large saucepan, brown the ground beef with the minced onion and garlic powder. Drain and return to saucepan. Stir in the beef broth. Bring to bubbling and reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes to allow flavors to mingle.
- Stir in the cream and HALF of the shredded cheese to the chili and simmer for 10 minutes. Use remaining shredded cheese for garnish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook and crumble the bacon, if needed.
- Prepare veggies.
- Serve Bacon Cheeseburger Chili with bacon and shredded cheese garnish, and side of veggies.

- Brown 2 lbs. ground beef with 2 Tbsp minced onion and 2 tsp garlic powder. Set aside to cool.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- Half of the browned ground beef, cooled
- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper
- Do not add cream or cheese to freezer meal bag.
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to a saucepan and reheating. Stir in heavy cream and half of the shredded cheese about 10 minutes before serving. Use remaining cheese for garnish in each bowl, and top with crumbled bacon.
