Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Cook rice, as directed.
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic.
- Cut salmon fillet into 4 pieces. Place in a small baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour the balsamic sauce over the top, directly on the salmon fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon is no longer pink in the middle.
- Prepare the salad.
- Serve Baked Balsamic Salmon with rice and salad.

- Cut 2 lbs. of salmon fillet into 8 pieces.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 4 Tbsp honey, and 4 tsp minced garlic.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- 4 salmon pieces
- Salt and pepper
- Half of the balsamic mixture
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add a label to the baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze for up to 6 months in the fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw completely in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring the salmon and toppings to a baking dish. Bake at 400 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
