You had me a crushed saltines. Then, you really had me at crushed saltines and melted butter. Yep, you melt the butter, coat the pork chops with melted butter and then crushed saltine mixture, then bake. Easy peasy...and the end result is perfectly golden brown breaded pork chops!

- 4 - boneless pork chops
- 2 - cup(s) crushed saltine crackers
- 1 - cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 - Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 - tsp onion powder
- 1 - tsp garlic powder

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Lightly spray a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine the crushed saltine crackers, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Melt the butter and dip both sides of the pork chop in the butter, then dredge through the crushed saltine mixture, coating both sides. Place coated pork chops into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, or until pork chops reach 145 F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving or slicing. Cooking time may vary depending on thickness of the pork chops.
- Prepare veggies.
- Prepare mashed potatoes.

- Crush 4 cups of saltine crackers.
- In a small bowl, toss together 4 cups crushed saltines breadcrumbs, 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese, 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning, 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp garlic powder.
- Melt 1/2 cup butter, then dip both sides of the pork chops in the butter, then dredge through the crushed saltine mixture, coating both sides.
To each disposable tray, add the following ingredients:
- Half of the coated pork chops to each tray
Cover with foil or lid, add label and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put tray in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a shallow dish of warm water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the oven and baking as directed.
