Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Set out cream cheese to soften.
- Place the chicken breasts into base of 9x13-inch baking dish. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, softened cream cheese, chicken stock, Ranch dressing mix and minced garlic. Pour over the chicken.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Cooking time will depend on thickness of each chicken breast.
- Cook the egg noodles, as directed.
- Prepare the salad.
- Serve Baked Cream Cheese Chicken over noodles with side salad.

- Open 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 16 oz. softened cream cheese, 1 cup chicken stock, 2 packets Ranch dressing mix and 2 tsp minced garlic.
To each disposable tray, add the following ingredients:
- 4 small boneless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- Half of the prepared sauce
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the oven and baking as directed. If baking from partially thawed, keep covered with foil and add 30-45 minutes baking time. Bake until chicken is cooked through.
