- 1 - 16 oz. box(es) elbow pasta
- 8 - oz. butter
- 2 - tsp minced garlic
- 8 - oz. cream cheese
- 1 - cup(s) shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 - cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 - cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 - cup(s) Italian breadcrumbs
- Side: - salad**

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Cook the pasta, as directed, to al dente. Drain well.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Cut the cream cheese into 1/2-inch cubes.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, add the minced garlic and cream cheese, and stir often until cream cheese melts. Mix in the cheddar and mozzarella shredded cheeses, and melt together into a thick sauce. Pour the cooked pasta in and mix well.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese with the bread crumbs.
- Transfer to baking dish, and sprinkle bread crumbs-cheese mixture on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until warmed through and cheese is melted and top begins to golden.
- Prepare the salad.

- Cook 2 - 16 oz. boxes of pasta, as directed, to al dente. Drain well.
- Cut 2 - 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese into 1/2-inch cubes.
- In a large saucepan, melt 16 oz. butter over medium heat, add 4 tsp minced garlic and cream cheese cubes, and stir often until cream cheese melts. Mix in 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, and melt together into a thick sauce. Pour the cooked pasta in and combine well.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese with 2 cups of Italian bread crumbs.
To each disposable tray, add the following ingredients:
- Half of the pasta and cheese mixture into each pan
- Half of the Parmesan cheese-bread crumbs combo, sprinkled over the top
Cover with foil or lid, add label and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put tray in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm shallow dish of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the oven and baking as directed.
