Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar.
- Place salmon fillets into a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour the honey mustard marinade over the salmon. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.*
- Bake at 350 F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through. Cooking time may vary depending on thickness of the fillets.
- Prepare salad.
- Warm the dinner rolls.

To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper
- Half of the honey mustard sauce
Remove as much as air as possible and seal.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before baking as directed.
