Homemade chicken strips don’t get much better than this! The buttermilk and the seasonings mixed into the breadcrumbs make for a delightful flavor combo! These are perfect “make-ahead” and can be easily baked on a busy weeknight. Enjoy!

- 12 - boneless chicken tenderloins
- 2 - large egg(s)
- 1/2 - cup(s) sour cream
- 1 - cup(s) breadcrumbs
- 1 - Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 - cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 - tsp salt
- Garnish: - ranch dressing mix**

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and sour cream until smooth.
- Place the chicken tenders into the egg-sour cream mix and let soak while preparing the other ingredients.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, grated Parmesan cheese and salt. Place in a shallow bowl, and then dip and cover each tenderloin with the bread crumbs coating on both sides.
- Place into baking dish and repeat until all the tenderloins are prepared. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 16 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and tenders are golden.
- Prepare the salad.
- Serve Baked Parmesan Chicken Tenders with Ranch dipping sauce, along with some chips and a side salad.

- In a shallow dish, whisk together 4 eggs with 1 cup sour cream until smooth.
- Place 24 chicken tenders into egg-sour cream mixture.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together 2 cups bread crumbs, 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, and 1 tsp salt.
To each disposable tray, add the following ingredients:
- Half of the breaded chicken tenders into each tray
Cover with foil or lid, add label and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put trays in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the oven and baking as directed.
