Ingredients for Single Meal
- 1 - lb(s) ground beef
- 1 - Tbsp minced onion
- 1 - tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 - cup(s) Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 - egg(s)
- 2 - Tbsp olive oil
- 1 - small white onion(s)
- 8 - oz. sliced white mushrooms
- 1 - cup(s) beef broth
- 1 - Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 - Tbsp all purpose flour
- Side: - mashed potatoes**
- Side: - veggies**

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add the ground beef, minced onion, garlic powder, breadcrumbs and egg into a mixing bowl. Combine together and form into 4 patties.
- Place the patties into the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the onions into half moons.
- In a skillet, saute the onion slices and sliced mushrooms for 3 minutes or until onions become translucent. Stir in the beef broth and worcestershire sauce and bring to bubbling. Whisk in the flour and let simmer for 3 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken.
- Pour the onion-mushroom sauce directly over the patties in the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through.
- Cook the mashed potatoes, or other side dish.
- Warm the veggies.
- Serve Baked Salisbury Steak with mashed potatoes and veggies.

- Slice 2 small onions into half moons.
- In a skillet, saute the onion slices and 16 oz. sliced mushrooms for 3 minutes or until onions become translucent. Stir in 2 cups beef broth and 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce and bring to bubbling. Whisk in 4 Tbsp flour and let simmer for 3 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken.
- Add 2 lbs. ground beef, 2 Tbsp minced onion, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 cup breadcrumbs and 2 eggs into a mixing bowl. Combine together and form into 8 patties.
To each disposable tray, add the following ingredients:
- Place half of the salisbury steak patties into each tray
- Pour half of the prepared mushroom-onion sauce over the patties.
Cover with foil or lid, add label and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw completely in the fridge overnight, before baking.
