Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Bake

Easy to toss together with leftover shredded chicken with some pasta, alfredo and cheeses you likely already have in your kitchen! This one is a kiddo favorite for sure!

- 1 - 24 oz jar(s) alfredo sauce
- 1 - cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 - cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Cook the pasta noodles for 7 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water.
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the cooked and rinsed pasta noodles into the base of the prepared dish. Add the shredded chicken and gently toss with the cooked noodles. Pour the alfredo sauce and grated Parmesan over the top and gently stir in with the pasta and chicken. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cheese begins to golden. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
- Prepare the salad.

- Cook 2 boxes of penne pasta for 7 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water.
To each disposable tray, add the following ingredients:
- Half of the cooked and cooled penne pasta
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 - 24 oz. jar alfredo sauce
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Toss ingredients gently in the pan. Cover tightly with foil or lid, add label to tray and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put tray in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a shallow dish with warm water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the oven and baking as directed.
