  • 4 - slices bacon

Cooking Directions for Single Meal

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and bacon to a large skillet with tight fitting lid and saute for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cooked through. Once cooked, stir in the alfredo sauce and frozen peas and let simmer for another 10 minutes until peas are warmed through.
  3. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce before serving.
  4. Serve Chicken Alfredo with Peas & Bacon, tossed with pasta and side of veggies.

Freezeasy Meal Prep Directions

  1. Cut 8 slices bacon into 1/2” pieces.
  2. Cut 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1/2” pieces.

To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:

  • Half of the chicken pieces into each bag
  • 1 - 18 oz. jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 - 10 oz. bag frozen peas
  • Half of the bacon pieces into each bag

Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.

Freeze & Thaw Instructions

Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes.

Reheating Instructions

Add the contents of the freezer baggie to the skillet with about ¾ cup warm water to thin out the alfredo sauce. Bring sauce to bubbling over medium high heat and then reduce to low and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
