It’s like Chicken Parmesan and Meaty Lasagna got together and had a baby -- this Chicken Parmesan Lasagna does NOT disappoint! It’s a fast assembly because we are using oven-ready lasagna. Be sure to add a little space between the noodles when you add them to each layer, because they will expand as they absorb liquid during the baking process. Enjoy!

Ingredients for Single Meal

  • 9 - oz. oven-ready lasagna noodles
  • 2 - 26 oz. jar(s) marinara sauce
  • 16 - oz. ricotta cheese
  • 2 - cup(s) shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 4 - cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Side: - salad**

Cooking Directions for Single Meal

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Add 1 cup of the marinara sauce to the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange 3 oven-ready lasagna noodles on top of sauce in a single layer. Top with one-third of the ricotta cheese, one-third of the shredded rotisserie chicken, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of the marinara sauce.
  3. Repeat this process 2 more times to create 3 layers. Top with remaining noodles, marinara sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Cover loosely with foil and bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, and then uncover and bake another 10 minutes.
  5. Prepare the salad.
  6. Serve Chicken Parmesan Lasagna with side salad.

    • Top Layer: remaining noodles, marinara sauce, shredded cheese

    Cover with foil or lid, add label and freeze.

    Freeze & Thaw Instructions

    Put tray in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm shallow dish of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the oven and baking as directed.
