This salmon recipe is the perfect 30-minute dinner option. And my guess is that you have most of the ingredients needed in your fridge, minus the salmon. ;) It’s a quick sauce mixing, followed by a quick bake and dinner is done. Enjoy!

- 1/4 - cup(s) lemon juice
- 1/4 - cup(s) melted butter

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Cook rice, as directed.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Cut salmon fillet into individual meal-size portions. Place in small baking dish. Sprinkle salt and pepper onto the tops of each fillet.
- Melt the butter.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk the melted butter with the lemon juice and garlic. Pour the sauce directly over the top of the salmon, coating well.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until salmon is no longer pink in the middle. Sprinkle a little more pepper onto each fillet after baking.
- Prepare veggies.
- Serve Garlic Butter Salmon with a side of rice and veggies.

- Cut 2 lbs. of salmon fillet into 8 pieces.
- Melt 1/2 cup butter.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk the melted butter with the 1/2 cup of lemon juice and 2 Tbsp minced garlic.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- Half of the salmon portions into each bag
- Half of the garlic-butter sauce into each bag
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Pull out the bag the night before and thaw completely in the fridge. Bake as directed.
