Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and melt half of the butter. Then whisk in the chicken stock, lemon juice, and shrimp. Bring to bubbling, and stir often. After the shrimp begins to turn pink, add in the remaining butter and minced garlic, and then cook until the sauce is smooth. Remove from heat immediately to prevent over-cooking.
- Cook the pasta.
- Prepare the salad.
- Serve Garlic Butter Shrimp over pasta with side salad.

To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- 2 lb. peeled deveined shrimp
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the skillet and sauteing all ingredients together, until sauce is smooth and shrimp is pink.
Special notes
You can saute the shrimp and veggies together after it’s all been frozen together. Just stir often and watch closely to make sure the shrimp don’t over-cook.
