These tender, slow cooked steak pieces and baby potatoes are smothered in a gorgeous garlic cream sauce - it’s perfect for an easy and quick yet indulgent weeknight meal.

Ingredients for Single Meal

  • 2 - lb(s) stew beef
  • 2 - lb(s) baby potatoes
  • 1 - cup(s) beef broth
  • 4 - Tbsp butter
  • 2 - tsp minced garlic
  • 1 - tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 - cup(s) heavy cream**
  • 3/4 - cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese**

Cooking Directions for Single Meal

  1. Place the stew beef and baby potatoes into the base of the slow cooker. Pour the beef broth, pads of butter, minced garlic and Italian seasoning over the top.
  2. Slow cook on low for 4 hours. Once the cooking cycle is complete, stir the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese into the slow cooker with the beef and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Prepare the veggies.
  4. Serve Garlic Cream Steak Bites with baby potatoes and veggies.

Freezeasy Meal Prep Directions

    To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:

    • 2 lbs. stew beef
    • 2 lbs. baby potatoes
    • 1 cup beef broth
    • 4 Tbsp butter
    • 2 tsp minced garlic
    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

    Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add a label to the baggie and freeze.

    Freeze & Thaw Instructions

    Put baggie in the freezer and freeze for up to 6 months in the fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw completely in the fridge before baking as directed.
