- Garnish: - tzatziki sauce**

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Grate or finely chop the red onion.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, chopped or grated red onion, eggs, Panko breadcrumbs, minced onion, lemon juice, oregano with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Using an ice cream scoop, form meatballs and place them in a single layer into a baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through. Cooking time may vary depending on size of meatballs.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the salad and warm the pita bread.
- Serve Baked Greek Meatballs with pita bread, side salad and tzatziki sauce.

- Grate or finely chop 2 small red onions.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 lbs. ground beef, 2 lbs. ground pork, the grated or chopped red onion, 4 eggs, 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs, 2 tsp minced onion, 2 tsp lemon juice, and 2 tsp dried oregano.
To each disposable tray, add the following ingredients:
- Half of the premade Greek meatballs
Cover with foil or lid, add label and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a tray/pan of warm water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the oven and baking as directed.
