  • 1 - lb(s) salmon fillet
  • 1 - tsp dried dill
  • - Salt and pepper

Cooking Directions for Single Meal

  1. Place each salmon fillet in a piece of foil that is about 10 to 12 inches long or large enough to wrap around the salmon and fruit to make a “packet.”
  2. Generously season the salmon with dill, salt and pepper. Top each fillet with a few slices of lemon, lime and orange. Wrap the foil, creating a packet, and place on the grill.
  3. Grill for 15 minutes, or until salmon has cooked through. Cooking time will vary on thickness of the fillet and heat of the grill.
  4. Warm the dinner rolls.
  5. Prepare veggies.
  6. Serve Grilled Citrus Salmon with dinner rolls and veggies.

Freezeasy Meal Prep Directions

  1. Cut 2 lbs. salmon into 8 - 1/4 lb. fillets & remove skin.
  2. Set up 8 large pieces of foil.
  3. Thinly slice 2 lemons, 2 limes and 2 oranges.

To each piece of foil, add the following ingredients:

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • A sprinke of dill, salt and pepper
  • A few slices of the lemon, lime and orange

Wrap each foil sheet around the salmon and fruit to create a pack. Place half of the packs into each of the gallon size freezer baggies. Remove as much as air as possible and seal.

Freeze & Thaw Instructions

Thaw completely before placing salmon packs onto the grill and grill for 15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
