- 1 - lb(s) peeled deveined shrimp
- - Salt and pepper
- 4 - Tbsp dry white wine
- 4 - Tbsp butter
- 1 - Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 - tsp minced garlic
- 1 - tsp crushed red pepper
- - Salt and pepper
- Side: - small shell pasta noodles**

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Preheat grill. Melt the butter.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the wine, melted butter, lemon juice and garlic.
- Place 8-10 pieces of shrimp into a large piece of foil that’s large enough to wrap around the shrimp and sauce. Evenly divide the scampi sauce and pour over each of the shrimp. Add a pinch of crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper to each foil pack. Wrap the foil up into packs.
- Cook the pasta, as directed.
- Grill around 400 F for 8 to 10 minutes, or until all of the shrimp is cooked through. Cooking time may vary, depending on thickness of the chicken and heat of the grill. Carefully remove from grill and add sauce and shrimp over pasta.
- Prepare the salad.
- Serve Shrimp Scampi over pasta, with side salad.

- Melt 8 Tbsp butter.
- Set up 8 large pieces of foil.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 8 Tbsp dry white wine, 8 Tbsp butter, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, 8 tsp minced garlic.
To each piece of foil, add the following ingredients:
- 8-10 pieces of shrimp
- Prepared scampi sauce, evenly divided
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to each foil pack
- Wrap foil tightly around the shrimp and sauce. Place all packs into a gallon-size plastic freezer baggie. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Remove as much air as you can and seal. Freeze up to 6 months in your fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw completely in the fridge before grilling as directed.
