Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder and smoked paprika.
- Place the chicken breasts into the baking dish, season with a little salt and pepper, and then pour the honey-Dijon sauce evenly over the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Prepare and cook the mashed potatoes.
- Prepare veggies.

- In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup honey, 1 cup Dijon mustard, 2 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp smoked paprika.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- Half of the honey-Dijon sauce
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring chicken breasts and sauce to baking dish and baking as directed.
