Simple, yet fantastic buttery glaze that bakes right into the salmon. Mix up a basic butter compound with your favorite seasoning blend and let it melt right into the salmon, as it bakes to perfection.

- 4 - Tbsp butter
- 2 - tsp herb seasoning blend

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Cook rice, as directed.
- Let the 4 Tbsp butter soften and then combine it with 2 tsp seasoning blend to make a compound.
- Cut salmon fillet into 4 pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Add a dollop of the butter compound onto each piece of salmon fillet.
- Place the hot water into the base of the insert and add a steamer rack. Place the salmon with dollop of herbed butter on top onto the steam rack. If needed, stack salmon fillets in single layers until all fit into the insert.
- Steam valve: Sealing.
- Cook on: Steam for 2 minutes.
- Release: Natural or Quick.
- Prepare veggies.

- Cut 2 lbs. of salmon fillet into 8 pieces.
- Let the 8 Tbsp butter soften and then combine it with 4 tsp seasoning blend to make a compound.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie in a round bowl/dish, add the following ingredients:
- 4 salmon pieces
- Salt and pepper
- Dollop of butter compound on each salmon piece
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before adding contents of bag plus water to electric pressure cooker insert. Pressure cook as directed using the steam rack.
