Ingredients for Single Meal
- 6 - small andouille sausage
- 1/2 - cup(s) hot water**
- 1 - green bell pepper(s)
- 1 - red bell pepper(s)
- 1/2 - cup(s) chicken stock
- 3 - lb(s) gold potatoe(s)
- 2 - Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 - tsp garlic powder
- - Salt and pepper
- Garnish: - sliced green onions**
- Side: - veggies**
- 1 - gallon-size freezer baggie(s)

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Slice the andouille sausage links.
- Seed and chop the red and green bell peppers.
- Add the chicken stock into the insert of the electric pressure cooker. Add the gold potatoes into the chicken stock, then sprinkle the sausage slices and chopped red and green bell peppers over the top. Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning and garlic powder over the top.
- Steam valve: Sealing.
- Cook on: Manual/High for 18 minutes.
- Release: Natural or Quick.
- Strain potatoes, bell peppers and sausages and spoon onto serving plates. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare veggies.

- Slice 12 andouille sausage links.
- Seed and chop 2 red and 2 green bell peppers.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie in a round bowl/dish, add the following ingredients:
- Half of the sliced andouille sausage
- Half of the chopped red and green bell peppers
- 3 lbs. gold potatoes (uncut)
- 2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Do NOT add the chicken stock to the freezer baggie.
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before adding contents of bag plus water to electric pressure cooker insert. Pressure cook as directed.
