Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Place the pork chops into the electric pressure cooker insert and season with salt and pepper. Add the hot water
- In a small bowl, stir the melted butter, minced garlic, and onion powder. Brush it onto the pork chops.
- Steam Valve: Sealing
- Cook on: Manual/High for 20 minutes.
- Release: Natural or Quick.
- Once lid is opened, leave on warm and add a few pinchfuls of shredded mild cheddar cheese onto each pork chop. Let sit for 3 to 5 minutes for cheese to melt.
- Prepare veggies.

To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie in a round bowl/dish, add the following ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- Melted butter mixture, brushed onto each pork chop
Remove air from bag, add label and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to pressure cooker insert with hot water. Pressure cook as directed and top with shredded cheese after cooking.
Special notes
