Easy meatball recipe that can cook in the Instant Pot, while you take care of other business. To get ready for the freezer, add the meatballs, onions and sauce to the baggie or container. - 1 - lb(s) precooked frozen meatballs
- 1 - small white onion(s)
- 1/2 - cup(s) beef broth
- 1 - 26 oz jar(s) chunky marinara
- - Salt and pepper
- Side: - spaghetti pasta**
- Garnish: - grated Parmesan cheese**

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Chop the onion.
- To the electric pressure cooker insert, add the precooked meatballs and chopped onion. Pour the beef broth and marinara sauce around the meatballs.
- Steam valve: Sealing.
- Cook on: Manual/High for 8 minutes.
- Release: Natural or Quick.
- Prepare the pasta, just before serving.
- Prepare salad.

- Chop 2 small white onions.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie in a round bowl/dish, add the following ingredients:
- 1 lb. precooked frozen meatballs
- Half of the chopped onions
- 1 - 26 oz. jar marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to pressure cooker insert with hot water. Pressure cook as directed.
Special notes
