This one is a winner-winner-spaghetti-for-dinner. Spaghetti is always a favorite and if you’re wanting to move into “one-dish instant pot” meals, I’d recommend starting with this one
Ingredients for Single Meal
- 1 - lb(s) ground beef
- 1 - Tbsp minced onion
- 1 - tsp garlic powder
- 1 - 26 oz. jar(s) marinara sauce
- 16 - oz. spaghetti
- 2 1/2 - cup(s) beef stock
- Garnish: - Parmesan cheese
- Side: - salad
- 1 - gallon-size freezer baggie(s)

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Add the ground beef, minced onion, and garlic powder to the electric pressure cooker insert. Set on Saute mode and brown the ground beef in the insert. Once browned, stir in the marinara sauce.
- Break the noodles in half or thirds and mix into the sauce and then pour the beef stock over the top. Give it a gentle stir and then press all the noodles into the liquid.
- Close the lid, set to sealing.
- Set on Manual, High Pressue and cook for 6 minutes.
- Let naturally release for 5 minutes, then finish the release by setting to Venting.
- The sauce will look too thin, but give it a stir and it will thicken up with the pasta and meat.
- Serve Instant Pot One-Pot Spaghetti with Parmesan cheese garnish, and a side salad.

- Brown 2 lbs ground beef with 2 Tbsp minced onion and 2 tsp garlic powder.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie in a round bowl/dish, add the following ingredients:
- Ground beef, browned and cooled
- 1 - 26 oz. jar marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Do NOT add beef stock or pasta the freezer meal bag, add that at time of pressure cooking
Remove as much air as you can and seal. Freeze up to 6 months in your fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw completely. Transfer to pressure cooker, then pressure cook as directed with pasta and 2 1/2 cups beef stock, chicken stock or water.
