Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Preheat the oven to 375 F. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the pork chops into the prepared baking dish and season with pinch of salt and pepper..
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and then stir in the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic and dried thyme.
- Drizzle the melted butter combo over each pork chop.
- Bake in oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through.
- Warm the dinner rolls.
- Serve Herb Crusted Pork Chops with side of veggies and dinner rolls.

- In a small saucepan, melt 1/2 cup of butter and then stir in the 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, 2 Tbsp minced garlic and 2 Tbsp dried thyme.
To each disposable tray, add the following ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops into each tray
- Half of the melted butter combo, poured directly onto each pork chop
Cover with foil or lid, add label and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put tray in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a shallow dish of warm water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the oven and baking as directed.

Use a dairy-free margarine in place of the butter for dairy-free meal.
