Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Lightly grease a 8x8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken breasts into the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, lime juice and yellow mustard. Pour the marinade over the chicken. *Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Cooking time may vary depending on thickness of the chicken.
- Prepare veggies and salad.
- Serve Lemon-Lime Chicken with salad and veggies.

- Whisk together 4 tsp vinegar, 4 Tbsp lime juice, 4 Tbsp lemon juice and 2 tsp yellow mustard.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- Half of the prepared marinade into each bag
Remove as much as air as possible and seal.

Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the baking dish to bake as directed.
