Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Cook rice, as directed.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Cut salmon fillet into 4 pieces. Place in small baking dish.
- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the salmon fillets. Then sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until salmon is no longer pink in the middle.
- Prepare veggies.
- Serve Lemon Pepper Salmon with side of rice and veggies.

- Cut 2 lbs. of salmon fillet into 8 pieces.
- Halve 2 lemons.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- 4 salmon pieces
- Half the juice from the lemons into each bag
- Lemon pepper seasoning, directly on top of salmon fillets in baggie
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Pull out the bag the night before and thaw completely in the fridge. Bake as directed.
