Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Preheat oven to 350 F/180 C. Lightly grease 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts into the baking dish and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and vinegar. Pour over the chicken breasts in the prepared dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes, or until cooked through. Cooking time will depend on thickness of the chicken.
- Cook the rice as directed.
- Prepare salad or veggies.

- Whisk together 8 Tbsp maple syrup, 8 Tbsp Dijon mustard, and 2 tsp vinegar in a small bowl.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- 4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- Half of the Maple-Dijon sauce into each baggie
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the baking dish and baking as directed.
