Ingredients for Single Meal

  • 1 - 20 oz. box(es) cheese ravioli
  • 1 - 24 oz jar(s) alfredo sauce
  • 4 - Tbsp pesto sauce
  • 1/2 - cup(s) Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 - cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Garnish: - fresh basil**
  • Side: - veggies**
  • Side: - salad**

Cooking Directions for Single Meal

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Place the tortellini into the base of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Alfredo sauce and pesto sauce. Pour over the tortellini in the baking dish, spreading evenly and covering the tortellini as best you can.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top and then the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until tortellini in the middle is softened and the cheese on top is golden brown.
  6. Chop the basil for the garnish.
  7. Prepare the veggies and salad.
  8. Serve Pesto Tortellini Bake with fresh basil garnish, veggies and salad.

Freezeasy Meal Prep Directions

  1. Whisk together 1 jar of Alfredo sauce with 4 Tbsp pesto sauce

To each 9x13-inch disposable tray, layer the following ingredients:

  • 20 oz. package fresh or frozen tortellini
  • Half of the prepared Alfredo-pesto sauce over the top
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Cover with foil or lid, add label to top and freeze.

Freeze & Thaw Instructions

Put tray in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes and transferring to the oven and baking as directed.
