Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Cook rice, as directed.
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil and minced garlic.
- Cut salmon filet into 4 pieces. Place in a small baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour the lemon juice sauce over the top, then place the rosemary sprigs on top of each filet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon is no longer pink in the middle.
- Prepare the salad.
- Serve Rosemary Salmon with side salad and rice.

- Cut 2 lbs. of salmon filet into 8 pieces.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the 6 Tbsp lemon juice, 4 Tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp minced garlic.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- 4 salmon pieces
- Salt and pepper
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 6 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 8 sprigs fresh rosemary
Remove as much air as you can and seal. Freeze up to 6 months in your fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw completely in the fridge overnight, before transferring the salmon and toppings to the baking dish. Bake at 400 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
