- 16 - precooked frozen meatballs
- 1 - cup(s) beef broth
- 1 - 28 oz. can(s) crushed tomatoes
- 2 - Tbsp paprika
- 2 - Tbsp minced onion
- 1 - tsp garlic powder
- 12 - oz. small shell pasta**
- 1 - cup(s) water**
- - Salt and pepper
- Garnish: - shredded Parmesan cheese**
- Side: - salad**

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- In a large skillet, brown the meatballs for a few minutes, then gently stir in the beef broth, crushed tomatoes, paprika, minced onion, garlic powder. Bring to bubbling.
- Mix in the pasta and water - if needed add more water so that all of the pasta is “underwater.”
- Cover with a tight fitting lid and let simmer over medium high heat for 8 to 10 minutes, or until pasta is cooked and tender.
- Prepare the salad.

To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- 16 precooked meatballs
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 - 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Do not add pasta or additional water to freezer baggie
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the skillet to reheat the meatballs and sauce. Then add pasta and water and cook pasta as directed.
Dairy-Free Modifications
Omit cheese garnish for dairy-free meal.
Gluten-Free Modifications
Recipe is gluten-free when cooked with gluten-free small shell pasta, and gluten-free meatballs.
