A delectable “dump dinner” - yes, I realize how strange it is to have dump and delectable in the same sentence. This is a “dump dinner” in that you dump ingredients together before freezing the meal and then dump it into the slow cooker to cook the day away. The end result - a delectable dinner for your family!
Ingredients for Single Meal
- 4 - small boneless chicken breasts
- 1 - 24 oz jar(s) alfredo sauce
- 4 - oz. sun dried tomatoes
- 1 - Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 - tsp garlic powder
- - Salt and pepper
- Garnish: - chopped basil**
- Side: - pasta noodles**
- Side: - veggies**
- 1 - gallon-size freezer baggie(s)

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Place the chicken breasts in the base of the slow cooker and pour the alfredo sauce over the top of the chicken. Add in the sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Give it a gentle stir to incorporate into the alfredo sauce.
- Set on low and cook for 8 hours. Once the cooking cycle is complete, shred the chicken and stir into the alfredo sauce.
- Cook the pasta as directed.
- Prepare veggies.

To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- 4 small boneless chicken breasts
- 1 - 24 oz. jar alfredo sauce
- 4 oz. sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the slow cooker and cooking on low for 8 hours. Thicken with cornstarch at the end of the cooking cycle as directed.
