Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with minced onion and garlic powder. Drain.
- To the slow cooker, add the browned ground beef, can white beans, and the beef broth. Set on low and cook for 8 hours.
- Once done cooking, stir in half of shredded cheddar cheese and the whole milk or heavy cream to the chili in the slow cooker.
- Prepare veggies.
- Serve Slow Cooker Cheeseburger Chili with bacon and shredded cheese garnish, and side of veggies.

- Brown 2 lbs. ground beef 2 Tbsp minced onion and 2 tsp garlic powder. Drain and let cool before adding to bags.
- Open 2 cans of white beans.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- Half of the browned and cooled ground beef
- Half of the canned beans into each bag
- Do NOT add the beef broth to the freezer bag
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the slow cooker and cooking on low for 8 hours.
