It is a colorful, flavorful flare to your favorite crack chicken recipe - as we mix in taco seasoning plus some red and green bell peppers. If you want to give it a little kick, you could add green chilies and/or hot sauce. Enjoy!

- 4 - small boneless chicken breasts
- 1 - 15 oz. can(s) crushed tomatoes**
- 1 - packet(s) ranch dressing mix
- 1 - packet(s) taco seasoning
- 8 - oz. cream cheese
- 1 - small red bell pepper(s)
- 1 - small green bell pepper(s)
- - Salt and pepper

- Side: - veggies**

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Place the chicken breasts in the base of the slow cooker.
- Seed and chop the green and red bell peppers. Toss into the slow cooker over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning mix into the chicken and bell peppers. Then pour the crushed tomatoes over the top. Finally, nestle the cream cheese block into the tomato sauce.
- Set on low and cook for 8 hours.
- Once cooked, stir the cream cheese into the sauce and then shred the chicken into the sauce.
- Cook the rice and veggies, as directed.

- Seed and chop 2 green and 2 red bell peppers.
- Open 2 cans of crushed tomatoes.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- Half of the chopped red and bell peppers, into each baggie
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- Half of the canned crushed tomatoes, into each baggie
- 8 oz. cream cheese
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the slow cooker and cooking on low for 8 hours. Shred the chicken and cream cheese together into the sauce before serving.
