Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Place the turkey breast into the base of the slow cooker and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the lemon juice and minced garlic. Pour directly over the turkey in the slow cooker.
- Set on low and cook for 8 hours. Remove from the slow cooker and baste once with juices in the slow cooker. Slice before serving.
- Cook the rice as directed.
- Prepare the salad.

- In a small saucepan, melt 8 Tbsp butter and stir in 8 Tbsp lemon juice and 2 Tbsp minced garlic.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- 3 lb. turkey breast
- Half of the melted butter sauce
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the slow cooker and cooking on low for 8 hours.
