Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Place the chicken breasts into the base of the slow cooker. Season with a little salt and pepper over the top.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the peach preserves, balsamic vinegar, sliced red onion, and garlic powder. Pour over top of the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Set on low and cook for 8 hours. Once cooked, garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Warm dinner rolls.
- Prepare veggies.

- Whisk together 1 cup peach preserves, 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 small thinly sliced red onion, 2 tsp garlic powder and a few pinches of salt and pepper.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- Half of the prepared peach sauce
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to slow cooker and cooking on low for 8 hours.
