- 1 - tsp minced garlic

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Cut salmon into individual portions. Place the parchment paper into the base of the slow cooker and add the salmon fillets onto the parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, ground ginger and cayenne pepper. Pour over the salmon, like a glaze.
- Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 1 to 2 hours, or until salmon is cooked through. Check after 1 hour and continue slow cooking until finished cooking through. When serving, garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
- Cook the rice, as directed.
- Prepare veggies.

- Cut 1 lb. salmon fillet into individual portions.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 6 Tbsp honey, 4 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp sesame oil, 2 tsp minced garlic, 2 tsp ground ginger and 1 tsp cayenne pepper.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- Half the individual portion salmon fillets
- Half of the prepared marinade-glaze
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to a parchment lined slow cooker and cooking on low for 2 hours.
Special notes
Ask the seafood counter to cut the salmon fillet into individual 4 oz. portions for you with their fancy filleting knife. To bake, cook at 400 F for 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
