What is MyFreezEasy’s Dinner Assistant?
A quick and easy way to get a customized freezer meal plan, without committing to a subscription. You choose serving sizes and approve recipes, we do the rest!
What exactly am I getting with my purchase?
1. Complete MyFreezEasy Meal Plan + Sticker Labels
These are pulled fresh off the printer and put into your box. We also email a digital copy of both files to you.
This meal plan is the EASIEST way to do freezer meals. Five recipes are doubled to give you ten meals, and you’ll likely be in and out of the kitchen in about an hour! Shopping lists and instructions are provided as well!
2. Freezer Bags/Foil Trays (Total of 10)
Based on your recipes, we will add in the number of each of these you need to your Dinner Assistant Box.
3. Bag Holders (Set of 2)
The best freezer meal gadget EVER! They hold your bags up while you fill them, fold flat for easy storage, and are dishwasher safe!

How is Dinner Assistant different from a MyFreezEasy Membership?
While both Dinner Assistant and Membership offer options to customize your freezer meal plan…they are a little different! We like to say that Dinner Assistant is a “done for you” option, and Membership is a “do it yourself” option.

- Dinner Assistant is a one-time purchase.
- The Membership is a recurring charge.
Access
- Dinner Assistant gives you access to one complete freezer meal plan.
- Membership gives you access to the complete MyFreezEasy recipe database (1000+ recipes!) so you can create your own plans, plus 12 pre-set monthly plans. In addition, you get access to videos and bonus resources.
- Dinner Assistant prints the freezer meal plan and sticker labels for you.
- Membership allows you to print/save meal plans on your own.
How do I get a Dinner Assistant Box?
- Fill out the form here, telling us what your family enjoys to eat. Let us know any dietary restrictions, as well as preferred cooking methods!
- Once your order is placed, MyFreezEasy will choose the best recipes that will work for you and we will send for your approval.
- Once approved, we will print your MyFreezEasy freezer meal plan, sticker labels, and assemble your Dinner Assistant Box. Then we will drop it off at the post office and it will be on its way to your kitchen.
What if I don’t know what types of recipes to request?
Not a problem!
If you’re on a desktop browser, you can view our full database of recipes here.
If not, you can use the form to let us know what types of things your family does or does not like and we can go from there.

What if my family has food allergies or special dietary needs?
We got (likely) have you covered!
We have recipes for Gluten Free, Dairy Free, GFDFSF, Top 8 Allergy Free, Paleo/Whole30, Keto, and diabetic friendly needs! If those don’t cover your specific needs, please message us and we can see if it’s a good fit! [email protected]
What should I expect after I submit my order?
After you hit submit on the order form, our team will review your form, hand select 5 recipes and email them over for your review. (keep an eye out for the email!)
If you love the first list you are sent: click the “approve” link in the email. The team will print your meal plans and pack your Dinner Assistant Box. We then pass it over to USPS, and they get it to your mailbox!
If you don’t love the first list you are sent: reply to the email with your changes. The team will send you a better one. If you love the second one, click the “approve” link in the email. The team will print your meal plans and pack your Dinner Assistant Box. We then pass it over to USPS, and they get it to your mailbox!
What should I do if I have questions or concerns?
Email us at [email protected] or tap the little chat-box icon at the bottom corner! We aren’t available for chatting 24/7, but we do check in every day and try to respond quickly.
How long will it take to get a Dinner Assistant Box?
The first part of this really depends on how quickly you respond to the recipe list emails! 🙂 Our team will check replies daily.
The second part really depends on USPS. We are quite speedy and ship out packages daily. While we don’t anticipate or wish for delays, please understand that shipping is kind of bananas right now and things happen that are out of our control.
The good news? Once we start the shipping process, an automated email notification goes out with your package tracking information. You can check and refresh the page as many times a day as you wish! 🙂 We know happy mail is exciting and hard to wait for!
If you have any concerns about delays or missing packages, please check the tracking and then email us or check with your local post office.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not given for any Dinner Assistant order because of the personalized nature of the product and shipment required.
We will work with you to get the best recipes on your list, before we will mail your box to you. If products are missing or damaged, we will replace the product – both physical products and digital files. Please email us at [email protected].
