Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Open and drain the diced tomatoes. Toss and combine with the sour cream.
- Cook the elbow noodles as directed on the package.
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet with the taco seasoning. Drain, if needed, then mix in the diced tomatoes and sour cream mixture.
- In the baking dish or tray, toss together the meat sauce and the cooked pasta noodles. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until warmed through and the cheese on top is melted.
- Prepare the salad.
- Serve Taco Noodle Bake with side salad.

- Brown 2 lbs. ground beef with 2 packets taco seasoning. Drain and mix in the 2 cans of diced tomatoes and 2 cups of sour cream.
- Cook 24 oz. elbow noodles. Drain.
- Open and drain 2 cans of diced tomatoes.
To each disposable tray, add the following ingredients:
- Half of the cooked pasta
- Half of the ground beef mixture
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, sprinkled on top
Cover with foil or lid, add label and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put tray in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm shallow dish of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the oven and baking as directed.
