It just takes a few minutes to get this one prepared for the freezer. And it is hands-off getting it to the table - just thaw it out in the fridge, then add it straight to the oven. While it is baking, cook some rice and BOOM - dinner is ready!

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-size pieces.
- Seed and dice the 2 bell peppers into bite-size chunks.
- Add the chicken pieces and diced bell peppers to the baking dish. Then, pour the teriyaki sauce over the top of the chicken and bell peppers. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until all the chicken pieces have cooked through. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken.
- Prepare rice and green onion garnish.
- Serve Teriyaki Chicken Bake over rice with green onion garnish.

- Seed and dice 2 orange bell peppers and 2 red bell peppers.
To 9x13 disposable freezer safe tray, add the following ingredients:
- Chicken pieces, half into each tray
- Half of the red bell pepper, diced
- Half of the orange bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce into each tray
- Salt and pepper
Cover with foil or lid, add label to top and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Pull out the tray the night before and thaw overnight in the fridge. Cook as directed. If only partially thawed, keep covered and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
